PGCB #84 - Blue Jeans

I am playing along with the Paper Girls to share my take on the Forever In Blue Jeans challenge this week. I ended up using denim material and denim printed paper in my project to match the theme.

This layout was created from an old kit from Embellish It!, I love how kits help make creating come together so beautifully.

The denim fabric was cut into circles and layered with other paper torn into circles to look like flowers. The denim printed paper is the mat for my pictures and also the paper I die cut arrows and words from.

Thanks for stopping by. Show us your take on the challenge before 11:55pm (MST) Saturday, 8/1.

Supplies used:
  • Paper: Random Collection  (Crate Paper)  - all papers and layout design from a kit from Embellish It!
  • Other: Die Cut Words (Technique Tuesday); Alphabet Stickers (Doodle Bug); Denim and Buttons from stash

PGCB #83 - Babies

I'm hosting this current challenge with the Paper Girls and it's all about the babies! There are SO many things I love about sweet babies...but with human babies, one thing that melts my heart are all the sweet teeny tiny little baby clothes.

Here is the little card I put together inspired by my thoughts of the tiny duds:

I wanted the card to be simple, but have a little dimension, so I cut a onesie from a panel and popped it up as well as the layered heart. The print below is washi tape.

I hope that you will link up your projects on the Paper Girls Challenge Blog that are inspired by babies or about babies no later than 11:55pm MST, Saturday, July 18th. We will select one random winner to win a crafty surprise! I can't wait to see what you create.

Thanks for stopping by!
