Today I'm wrapping up my Growing In Unity week - I'm SO grateful I was able share my Unity projects with you! I have really enjoyed reading all of your very kind comments as well, each one has made my day that much brighter.
So, to conclude the week, I wanted to share a project I made with one of my favorite Phyllis Harris stamps (which is hard to say considering I love each and everyone one of her stamps). But, the Let Beauty Surround You set always reminds me of Easter (it has to be the bunny and the tenderness of the little girl), and with Easter this weekend, it was a perfect opportunity to water color this sweet image and get it on a card.
I was 100% inspired by Lisa Arana's blog and her Assemble This! Sketch No. 2. I find her blog very inspiring and her videos are great too (thanks Lisa)! All the papers are from Close to My Heart (the patterned papers are from the Sarita collection). To water color - I used my dye inks again, water and paint brushes - this has been my new favorite way to color just about everything!
Thanks again for a wonderfully fun and rewarding week! Please don't forget to comment on all 5 of my posts by this Sunday night - I'll be announcing the 2 random winners here on my blog on Monday, 3/28!
Have a wonderful Easter!
